3- Sea defensor de la realidad: Sea fan #1 de la verdad, de lo que no es maquillado ni impuesto. El mundo no es perfecto, ni lleno de modelos. Un buen ejemplo es la campaña de Dove “Gorditas”.
4- Cree relaciones: No sea impertinente ni interrumpa con su producto o servicio. Cree confianza. No se comunique solo una vez (sea constante). El consumidor espera familiaridad…quiere verlo con frecuencia para así permitirle entrar a su vida.
5- Sea un curador: Simplifique su propuesta de valor. Personalice su comunicación. Targuetice lo mas que pueda. Un ejemplo: BMW, Minicooper y RollsRoyce pertenecen a la misma compañía, pero van dirigidos a segmentos totalmente distintos.
6- Sea educador: No venda, enseñe!! Evangelice, empodere, ayude. Haga que sus consumidores sean sus mejores vendedores. Un buen ejemplo: TeslaMotors (vehículos eléctricos).
7- Sea filántropo: Pero no desde la palabra sino desde la acción, no desde el dinero sino desde el tiempo que de verdad pueda regalar a quien mas lo necesite. Un ejemplo: los empleados de Google destinan una parte de su tiempo a ayudar literalmente a quienes mas lo necesitan.
